This service aims to listen and provide treatment, which is focussed towards that persons individual goals, increasing their ability to participate in everyday life, activities of daily living, their community and employment; keeping them within the mainstream community.
We aim to provide a service that inspires self-determination, choice and control and encourages ever-increasing independence, through personalized treatment approaches.
Our Physiotherapists are part of an interdisciplinary team, with developed capabilities in navigating the NDIS, to help you achieve your goals.
Our Physiotherapist’s can assist with:
- Musculoskeletal assessments
- Mobility assessments
- Paediatric physiotherapy
- Pain management
- Rehabilitation aimed at increasing your mobility, strength, coordination, balance, stairs mobility, community access; in order to assist you to improve your everyday function and goals.
